The subject matter of the order includes delivery and warranty maintenance of specialized wheeled equipment designed for to carry out loading and unloading activities for the pre-recycling of municipal waste on the territory of the RDBM Madan. The order includes:

Main Site: Madan Municipality (the site is located in PI № 387, Regulated land II ІІ in the village of Sharenska, municipality of Madan)

The subject of the order includes delivery and warranty maintenance of specialized wheeled equipment designed to performs loading and unloading for the purpose of the pre-treatment plant bwastes in the territory of the RDBM Madan. The order includes: • Item 1. Delivery of a front loader - 1 (one) number • Position 2. Delivery of a front loader - 1 (one) number • Position 3. Delivery of a multi-lube truck - 1 (one) Item 4. Delivery of electric trucks - 2 (two) numbers.

The pre-treatment plant for municipal waste has a capacity of up to 5, 000 tons / year. solid household waste andan average of 252 workdays per year, the capacity of the installation per day is calculated at 20t / day or approximately 80 cubic meters / day. The Loader Loader (Item 1) is part of the compaction process of the separated recyclable materials and is used for embracing and loading the feed belt conveyors to the baling press. The Loader Loader (Item 2) pushes the unloaded mixed under the sheltermunicipal waste (BO) from the municipal waste collection systems, loading and loading in the receiving hopper of the pre-treatment plant of the BO (1st module - separation plant) the waste from which the actual sorting process starts. Both front loaders will be used for general lifting / cleaning needs around the facility. Specialized MultiLift Truck (Position 3) - System Twoshoulder or hook will serve the containers on the territory of the pre-treatment site of the BO. The electric trucks (item 4) are designed for loading ballasts from the baling machine in the hall for the separation and loading of the bales under the shelter of the warehouses and on the means of transport

A participant for whom the grounds for removal referred to in Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act has the right to presentevidence that he has taken measures to ensure his / her reliability, despite the existence of the relevant ground for removal,
