" Delivery and installation of furniture and equipment for providing quality social services of resident type Crisissen Center for Children at Risk, in implementation of Project BG16RFOP001-1.001-0004-C01 "Renovation and Construction of Social Institutions on the Territory of Sofia Municipality" - Phase 1, for Crisis Center "Faith, Hope and Love" under the procedure for direct Submission of BG16RFOP001-1.001 "Implementation of Integrated Urban Restoration and Development Plans 2014-2020-Sofia", part of procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039"Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020", Operational Program "Regions for Growth" 2014-2020, in seven OPs: Lot # 1: Specialized Furnishing and Equipment; Lot # 2: Furnishing Lot # 3: "Technique"; Lot # 4: "Didactic Materials"; Lot # 5: "Home Furnishings"; Lot # 6: "Sports Equipment"building and equipment "; Lot # 7:" Garden machinery and equipment ".

This procurement is aimed at delivering the following specialized furniture and equipment according to the technical specification for heading No 1:

1.1 item

The client does not set requirements for suitability (legal capacity) for performing professional activity towards the participants in the procedure in all lots. the procedure should not be in the face of the grounds for removal indicatedin Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants shall not be subject to the prohibitions set out in Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, as well as in Art. 69 of the Counteraction Actof Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegally Acquired Property (LPACCI). Participants may submit one EDPS when participating in more than one lot.

2. The performance guarantee is at the rate of 3% of the value of the contract under the respective lot, excluding VAT.

2.1. The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms:

Insurance whichEnsures performance by covering the contractor`s responsibility.

3. Payment methods according to the draft contract.

4. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA, when submitting a tender, the tenderer only declares compliance with the selection criteria and the lack of grounds for exclusion by submitting an EDES. Documents proving the information referred to in the EDES can be requested byfully under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act

According to 112, para. 1, item 2 of the PPA, prior to the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the tenderer, appointed contractor, to provide documents certifying the absence of grounds for removal from the procedure, as well as compliance with the selection criteria set out, including for third parties and subcontractors, if any

The tenders admitted to tender are ranked according to the lowest price criterion for all lots. The total price for the execution of the contract without VAT is estimated.

5. The total value for the execution of the contract may not exceed the indicated estimated value by the respective lot.is this a line item exceeding the forecast value will be removed from participation. The contracting authority may not order the full volume by types and quantities of deliveries subject to the contract.

The contracting authority will award the contract with the subject: "Delivery of bedding and linen", in the amount of BGN 2 300, 00 excluding VAT, under the conditions of Article 80, Paragraph 1 of the RAPPD, in conjunction with 21, Paragraph 6, in accordance with Indthe visual value - delivery includes: bedroom set - single - 44; pillows - 22; light duvet - 22 pcs
