Supply of foodstuffs for school meals in the city of Bastia lots n 3, n 7 and n 17

Present following a previous consultation referred to 2019/026 which was the subject of a no-action declaration for lots 3 and 7 and a termination forlot 17 this procedure has been passed according to the procedure of invitation to tender opened in application of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2161-2, R. 2161-3 and R. 2161-5 of the code of the order public. The services are remunerated on the basis of unit prices and are subject to a single-level framework agreement concluded without a minimum amount or a maximum amount in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6.of the public procurement code. This framework agreement fixes all the contractual stipulations, it is executed by the issue of purchase orders notified as and when required under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and 14 of the same code. - the application letter and, if applicable, a letter of appointment of the representative by his co-contractors, - the declarationon the honor to justify that it does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to 5 and L. 2141-7 to 11 of the Public Order Code and in particular that it is in conformity with under Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.
