L'accord-cadre issu de la presente consuThe agreement is a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. All lots will result in multi-attribute master agreements, with purchase orders, established with no minimum amount or maximum amount.

Poultry and premium game.

For all lots:

- Form DC1 (or a letter from candidature - appointment of the agent by its co-contractors),

- form DC2 (or declaration of the individual tenderer or group member) containing the following information and documents for the purposes of verifying fitness to carry out the professional activity; economic and financial capacity and technical and professional capacities of the tenderer:

—— declathe overall turnover of the tenderer for the last 3 financial years available on the basis of the date of creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, insofar as the information on these figures of the 'business is available,

—— list of main supplies delivered in the past 3 years, showing amount, the date and the public or private recipient. For applicants in the impossibility, because of their recent creation, to produce the above-mentioned list of references, any other means of proof is required, - a statement indicating the tenderer's average annual manpower during the last 3 years.

For lots in short and organic circuits: a short circuit is a mode of likethe marketing of agricultural products, whether through the direct sale of the producer to the consumer, or by indirect sales provided that there is only one intermediary. In this respect the candidates bidding for these prizes will have to prove by any means that they respect this definition. Organic products must comply with Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 ofu 28.6.2007 relating to organic production and labeling of organic products.

In application of article R. 2192-10 of the public procurement code, the overall payment period may not exceed 30 days. The payment period runs from the date of receipt of the invoice in accordance with the specifications and not subject to dispute or correction. However, the deadline is shortthe date of performance of the services when the date of receipt of the request for payment is uncertain or earlier than this date. Failure to pay within the time limits provided for by the aforementioned texts automatically causes default interest without further formality to the benefit of the holder or the subcontractor paid directly. The rate of default interest is equal toInterest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent main refinancing operations, in force on the first day of the half-year of the calendar year in which the default interest began to accrue, plus 8 percentage points. The delay in payment will give rise to the payment of a lump sum indemnity in the amount of EUR 40 for recovery costs.
