In the absence of a new contract for the same subject under the procedure of the Law on Public Procurement, the contract shall continue its operation in whole or in part until the conclusion of a new contract, but not more than 6-month by signing an additional agreement. In this case, if the contract is extended for 6 months, the amounts and value increase by 50% of the contract value for 12 months in order to secure the remaining contract time.
