For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, it is submitted by the participating economic operators (tenderers)-2% of the total budgeted cost excluding VAT. If the tenderer does not participate in all the groups in the tender but in part of it, the guarantee should cover the anticipated percentage of the value of the teams provided for in the proclamation. and the award is restricted to the species covered by eenforcing. In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association.

The guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the term of validity of the offer, otherwise the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, before the end of the tender, ask for-the tenderer shall extend the term of validity of the tender and of the guarantee of participation before their expiry.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply . Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union, aare required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Appendix XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries, which accedes to the SIC. or third partieshours which are not covered by the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Crafts, Trade or Industry or the RegistryDevelopers of Defense Material
