"Supply of food products by lot for the needs of Kardzhali BTP"

Periodically repeated supplies of food products for the needs of BDB - Kardzhali - Contracting entity, according to the attached quantitative specification for the purpose of choosing a supplier on the given lots and signing a delivery contract for 12 (twelve) months at the most favorable y- Main site: Warehouse for food products at the kitchen block at BDB - Kardzhali, 44, Dobrich Str., Kardzhali

Frequently repeated deliveries of fruits and vegetables - fresh for the needs of the BDP - Kardzhali, described in detail by type and quantity according to nomenclatures in the separate item, to the technical specification in the documentation for participation in the procedure

The participant should-has an establishment (own or rented) for wholesale trade with foodstuffs from the respective group of food products in the separate item which is entered in the Register of the establishments for production and trade of foodstuffs, meeting the requirements for production and marketing of the offered products registered as a permanent object under Art. 12 of the Food Act. The participant should provideinformation in Part IV, Section A, point 1 of EEDOP, indicating information on: - the address of a retail outlet for wholesale or retail trade, registered in accordance with the requirements of Article 12 of the Food Act; Ownership of the site (own or rented), and the date of issue of the certificate of registration of a food wholesale establishment, the groups of foods for which it has been issuedregistration requirement

The requirement applies to all participants in the procedure, regardless of which lot is involved.

When participating in more than one lot, the requirement applies cumulatively to groups of food products. The site may be one, but with a registration for trade in different food products.

Foreign participants can proveto be registered in any of the professional or trade registers of the State in which they are established. 47, para. 9 PPPP, where a tenderer submits an offer for more than 1 lot, in the package for each item shall be presented separately completed documents under Art. 39, para. 3, item 1 representing the technical proposal and separate opaque envelopes with the inscription "Offeredand price parameters ", indicating the number of the separate item to which they refer As the selection criteria for all other lots are the same, when submitting its tender, the tenderer can submit only one application / EEDOP for participation, including the documents under Article 39, paragraph 2 of the RSPC, in accordance with the requirements of Article 47, paragraph 10 of the RSPC.

Each participant in the procedure is entitledto submit only one offer; the contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a guarantee for the duration of the contract at the rate of 3% of its value, exclusive of VAT, to ensure its performance. The terms and conditions for the retention or utilization of the guarantee are set out in the draft contract; When submitting a tender, the participant declares the absence of the grounds for removal and correspondingwith the selection criteria, by presenting the EEDOP. Where a participant has indicated that it will use subcontractors, a separate EEDOP shall be submitted for each of these persons. Where there is a need to protect personal data or in case of a difference in the circumstances related to the personal condition, the information regarding the requirements of art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act shall be completed in a separate EEDOP for eachperson or for some of the persons; When examining the tenders, where necessary, the assignor checks the data requested by the participants, incl. by requiring inf. by other bodies and persons; In the case of unions which are not legal entities, compliance with the selection criteria shall be demonstrated by the participating association and not by any of the persons included in it. A person who participates in-merger or has agreed to be a subcontractor to another participant, can not submit a single offer. A natural or legal person may participate in only one association. Related parties within the meaning of item 45 of - 2 of the PPA may not be participants in the same procedure. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in the procedure a participant in the presence of any of the situations listed in Art.-54, para. 1; Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. Required info. shall be indicated by the participant in EEDOP, Part III, Sections A, B and C. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2 and item 7 shall apply to the persons who represent the participant, the members of the management and the supervisor. organs and others. persons who have the power to exercise control over the decision-making of these bodies. Where the requirements under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Actrefer to more than one person, all persons sign the same EEDOP. Spec. grounds for removal of a participant are the circumstances under:

- Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДЮПДРСС,

- Art. 4, para. 7, in connection with Art. 6, para. 2 of the Law on Measures Against Money Laundering. The required information is indicated by the participant in EEDOP, Part III, Section D.
