Supply of foodstuffs for animal feed in OP "Zoo" - Sofia in 2 lots

The subject of this order is the supply of food products for animal feed in ZOO - Sofia, 2 separate items:

Main Site: Sofia - ZOO Zoo -

"Bakalski type food products", including 32 items of foodstuffs detailed in the technical specification with the appropriate quantities. Participants should hold a registration certificate from the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BSA) for the marketing of products or groups of products for the respective lot under the Food Law

To prove compliance with the requirements of paragraph 1In the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP), Part A, Part A, Section A discloses information on the existence of a certificate of registration of an establishment in accordance with the requirements of the Food Act, indicating the web address, authority or service issuing the document, and the exact reference to the document.

For the participants in the procedure, the grounds for elimination referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actionsenigmatic owners, as well as Art. 69 of the SCCMPH

2. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act prior to the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority requires the contractor to submit up-to-date documents certifying the lack ofthe removal of the procedure, and the compliance with the selection criteria set. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. The guarantee for performance of the contract is 5% of the estimated value of the contract for each lot without VAT included

4.1. The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms:

- bankbut a guarantee,

- insurance that ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability. The public procurement is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender under the "lowest price" criterion.

5.1 The total price is calculated based on the unit prices proposed by the participants and the forecast quantities for the product type concerned
