Subject of this Framework Agreementis the provision of supportive technical services and other services within the responsibilities of the General Directorate of Water Supply, to be undertaken by the contractor, with the minimum project team whose members will be directly involved with the staff of the Directorate General for Water Supply and will support the work program to be determined by them.

Subject of this Agreement - plit is the provision of supportive technical services and other services within the responsibilities of the General Directorate of Water Supply that the contractor will undertake, with the minimum project team whose members will directly collaborate with the members of the General Directorate of Water Supply and will support the work program to be determined by them.

The economic operators involvedin the process of concluding this Framework Agreement, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the service. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of residence or to satisfy theany other requirement is set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procedural matterspublic procurement contracts, they are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers. Businesses established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry. In the case of an association of economic operators, the above requirement should be covered by all parts of the association.

Concerning Economic and Financialfor the current framework agreement procedure, economic operators should have:

1) total turnover for the last 3 financial years, at least equal to the annual budget of the framework agreement; 2) insurance cover against a professional risk or otherwise, mandatory general liability, from an amount of at least EUR 1 000 000;• Minimum requirements are covered collectively by all members of the association.

Relevant requests for clarifications are submitted electronically, no later than 10 days in advance the closing date for submission of tenders and are answered respectively on the website of the tender viaof the ESDHIS Internet Portal www.promitheus.gov.gr. Requests for further clarification are submitted by registered economic operators, ie those who have the relevant credentials (user name and password) and necessarily the electronic file with the text of the queries, be digitally signedted. Requests for clarifications submitted in any other way or the electronic file accompanying them are not digitally signed, they are not considered.
