The subject of the order is:" Purchase of IT equipment and software "as part of the project-entitled: "Increasing the quality, accessibility and increasing the use of administrative map resources of the southern Silesian subregion" co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis II Digital Silesia, Measure 2.1 Support for the development of digital services publस.

Main Site: The place of delivery of equipment in relation to Part I of the order will be the Poviat Starosty in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Piastowska 40, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała. The subject of the order of part I is the supply of disk array for the Bielsko Poviat. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of the parts and orders are specified in Annex No. 1a to the ToR.

Security for due performance of the contract:

Wthe contractor, whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous, will be obliged to pay the right performance of the contract on the day of signing the contract (issued to the Ordering Party: Powiat Bielski, Piastowska 40, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała and defining the order) - 5% the total price specified in the offer, i.e. the gross value of the remuneration specified in - 4 of the contract---in the scope of each part (in accordance with the offer submitted) of the part of the order, i.e. part I to part VI.

the Ordering Party will consider that the condition has been met if the Contractor has financial resources or creditworthiness in the amount not less than:

b) PLN 130, 000.00 - for Part II

Note:

In the case of submitting an offer for more than one part of the order, the value of financial resources or creditworthiness is added up, ie the Contractor submitting bids for part I and II must demonstrate financial means or creditworthiness of no less than PLN 160, 000.00.

Requal solutions:

If you provide your own or typical names in the subject description, pleasein accordance with Article 29 para. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, it permits the use of materials or equivalent solutions, ie technical and quality parameters not worse than specified in the Terms of Reference only in relation to materials or solutions whose origin has been determined by the Ordering Party by indicating trademarks, patents or origin of a source or special process, which characterit is about products or services provided by a specific contractor. "Parameters" means functionality, purpose, materials, shape, size, safety and durability. All "products" from specific manufacturers define the minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics they must meet "Products" to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Partyo and constitute only a qualitative pattern of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party understands the requirements of the goods contained in the generally available sources, catalogs and websites of the producers through the provision concerning the minimum requirements of the quality parameters. Materials, solutions proposed in the equivalent offer do not have to have exactly the same parameters as those that were indicatedin the specification of essential order conditions. It is considered that the equivalent offer is one which presents the subject of the order with functional and quality properties that are the same or not worse to those which were marked out in the SIWZ, but marked with another trademark, patent or origin. The Contractor is responsible for demonstrating that the deliveries offered (termia), the services meet the requirements of the Ordering Party, however, they are not subject to a comparison of the solution characteristic only for the specified solution, such as: proprietary patents, proprietary technological solutions, proprietary protocols, etc., only those that constitute the essence of the entire technological solutions and have reference in the equivalent solution describedminimum requirements in Technical Requirements for individual parts of the order.

If the Contractor offers equivalent equipment or software, the Ordering Party will reject the offer if the Contractor submitting the offer fails to demonstrate compliance with the equivalence requirements specified for individual equipment or software. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliamentand Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Dz UE No. L 119, 4.5.2016, page 1), hereinafter "RODO", the Employer informs that:
