Support service for billing, collections, new supplies, ATR, telemanagement system operation, claims and requests management, development of distributed generation systems and charging systems for electric vehicles, as well as theactivity developed in the telephone service center that is carried out in the companies of the Viesgo group.

Main Site: The service will be carried out in the contractor`s own facilities, having to have its platform in SPAIN.

Support service in the billing processes, collections, new supplies, ATR, telemanagement system operation, claims and requests management, as well asLike the activity carried out in the telephone service center that is carried out in the companies of the Viesgo group. For informational purposes, not limitation, the tasks to be performed in the different processes are the following:

The winner of the tender must provide the necessary consumables and information technology, as well as the communication linessufficient voice and data for the optimal performance of the contracted service.

- Original declaration of compliance by the bidding company with the applicable legal and administrative requirements necessary to perform the services subject to the tender, as well as that the services to be performed are covered by its corporate purpose,

- Original declaration of the bidding company, signed andsealed of not being involved in situations of insolvency, suspension of payments, judicial intervention, bankruptcy, liquidation or any other equivalent situation according to the legislation that is applicable,

- Original declaration of the company offering to be aware of the payment of all its labor, tax and social security obligations, according to the applicable legislation,

-Original declaration of the bidding company not to participate in the tender with more than one request for participation, either alone or in any form of association with other companies.

- Total amount billed for back office services similar to those demanded during the last 3 years. This amount must be detailed by annuity,

- Relation of contracts with electric companiess for back office services similar to those demanded during the last 3 years (it should be related: client, place of service and duration).
