Support allocation free allowances for 2021-2025 EU-ETS
The NEa needs the hiring of experts who support the NEa in setting the allocation for approximately 350 Dutch companies that apply for a grant by 31.5.2019 at the latest to submit free rights to the NEa. The peak of the work will be between 31.5.2019 en 30.9.2019 in which the applications (data reports and monitoring methodology plans) will be tested. During this period, the experts are expected to test applications against applicable laws and regulations. Because the applications consist of both production data and emission data, knowledge of the allocation rules and the monitoring and reporting regulation is required. There will be furtheragreements have been made about how the quality of the work delivered will be safeguarded, for example, by internal checks and external inspections by NEa experts.
