Contracts assistance mission

The mission of assistance to the contracting of contracts concern both procedures relating to works contracts, services services, intellectual services or supplies. The procedures that the holder can instruct for the schoolin the commercial affairs of the CEA, center of Valduc, will be adapted procedures with or without advertising and formalized procedures (restricted or open invitation to tender). As such, the CEA is subject to the provisions of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 laying down the rules applicable to the steps taken by the contracting authorities mentioned in Article 9 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.20.15 on the steps taken by certain public or private persons.

The number of procedures (adapted or formalized) is estimated at 25 per year.

The incumbent will be solicited for all or part of the following phases:

- phase preparation: assistance a specification and the definition of the purchasing strategy,

- phase sourcing: assistance to the selection of suppliers,

- phase consultation: assistance to the drafting of the file of consultation of the companies and to the choice of a supplier,

- phase march: assistance to the contracting of the market.
