Supply of bronze rings of the fixed equipment of the mines of the Lakitiko Center of Western Macedonia (LKM) to meet needs for a period of two (2) years.

Main Site: The materials will be freely delivered DDP to 1001 (502) Warehouse of PPC SA The object of this tender is the supply of bronze rings of the fixed equipment of the mines of the Lakitiko Center of Western Macedonia, to cover needs for a period of two (2) years, such as is described in detail in Issue 1 of 7(3) (Participation in the competition) of Issue 1 of the Declaration.

As stated in Article 3 (Participation in the Contest) of Issue 1 of the Declaration.

The issues of the proclamation, as referred to in article 1 of issue 2 of the declaration, are available electronically, in accordance with the provisions of article 297 of Law 4412/2016, through the official website(s) of the Enterprise: https://eprocurement.dei.gr - DIP 601905, where they will remain posted, up to ten (10) days before the deadline for submitting bids.

The economic operators concerned, the who have entered the System as recipients of the declaration, may request clarification of the content of the tender documents, the crudenot later than ten (10) days before the deadline for electronic submission of tenders. Requests for information or clarifications submitted outside the above deadlines are not considered. Relevant requests for clarification are submitted electronically by economic operators registered with the System and through it, that is to say by the holders of relevant credentialshave been granted (username and password). The electronic file with the text of the queries is necessarily digitally signed.

By no later than six (6) days before the deadline for electronic submission of tenders, PPC will provide, through the electronic platform of the System, the necessary clarifications and any supplementary data relating towith the specifications and the terms of the tender and the draft contract. The PPC will not respond to queries that have been submitted by e-mail or querying the Service protocol and off-system platform. No candidate may, in any case, invoke oral or telephone responses on behalf of the PPC ..
