Manufacturing, delivery and assembly of a complete set of articulated roller stations in a finished product. The subject of the contract is divided into two distinct items:

Main Site: Warehouse 1007 in the Troyanovo-1 mine of the Investments Department

Manufacture, delivery and installation of finished productsis in sections СШ 1800 set with hinged roller stations - 230 pieces

The products will be manufactured according to the design documentation provided by the contracting authority

Way of execution: in lots upon request of the contracting authority

1. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act shall be awarded a public procurement contract with the subject "Production, delivery and assembly in finished products of sections with hinged rope"- Ref. No 109/2018, which covers 2 separate lots of planned procurement with subject" Supply of sections of type СШ and type СШН "- the subject of the order includes 3 detached positions. Participants may submit bids for one or both lots. Pursuant to Art. 47, para. 10 of the RPSP, the contracting authority allows for the participation in the contract to be submitted 1 EEDOP, in casethe participant shall submit an offer for participation in the two lots.

The EEDOP must indicate in which positions a tender is submitted. All decisions, communications, and clarifications of this procedure will be posted to the buyer profile in the electronic file of this order. Decisions to close the procedure shall be sent in accordance with Art. 43, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. When the decision-has not been received by the participant in any of the ways specified in Art. 43, para. 2, the assignor publishes a message to him in the buyer profile. The decision is deemed served as of the date of publication of the message
