The subject of the contract is the procurement of works, vehicles and accompanying material of the Municipality of Trikala, which are subdivided into the following ten (10) groups with the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of Public Contracts(CPV), and in particular, Groups 8 and 10: Transfer Bus A.M. new or used (34114400-63), forklift new or used (42415110-2).

The subject of the contract is the supply of construction machinery, vehicles and accompanying material to the Municipality of Trikala, namely Group 8 : Shuttle Bus A.M. Cain2.2.2) Suitability to engage in business activity

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to beare registered in one of the professional or commercial registers held in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries, pwhich do not fall under the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union in the field of public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers. The Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers2.2.5) Economic and financial adequacy

In terms of economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement process, economic operators are required to have an average turnover of three (3) last years, at least greater than 100% of the budget of the group (s) under delegation.
