Supply of milk.

The subject of the contract is the selection of an economic operator, for the supply of fresh milk, for the needs of the services of the Municipality of Zografos, its legal entities and the School Committees. The commission is for a period of two (2) years.

Main Site: Delivery will take place on a daily basis at the places designated by the relevant departments, in whichspecial refrigerators, with the responsibility and costs of the supplier.

Supply of milk for the needs of the Municipality of Zografos This and the Primary and Secondary School Committees, totaling 309, 276 liters, for two (2) years, plus a 15% option. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 419 378.26, including VAT. 13% (48%)

15% option is added to the final estimated value of the contract, ie EUR 55 669.68 plus VAT. 13%, ie EUR 62 906.74.

Thus, the total estimated value of the contract, including VAT 13% and 15% option, amounting to EUR 482 284.99.carry out a commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or satisfy any other requirements set out in Annex XI to the AppendixA of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, must be registered withcorresponding professional or commercial registers.
