The subject of the order is the delivery of the ACH or MICH type bulletproof and helmets - in the amount of 3 032 items under the basic (guaranteed) order and 468 items.as part of the optional order. The subject of the order has been described in detail in Annex No. 3 to SIWZ (Technical Specification No. 11 / U / BLP / KGP / 2016 Edition 2016).

The subject of the order is the delivery of the helmet fragment - and bulletproof type ACH or MICH - in the amount of 3 032 items as part of the basic (guaranteed) orderand 468 items as an optional order. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference (Technical Specification No. 11 / U / BLP / KGP / 2016 Edition 2016).

VI. CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING FOR THE ORDER

The Contractor may apply for the order, which:

1. meets the following conditions of participation, regarding:

1.1 competences or powers to conduct a given activityprofessional, including: holding a business license in the field covered by this contract - issued in accordance with the Act of 22 June 2001 on business in the field of production and trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technology for the purpose military or police (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2037 with later amendments) ora from the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 03 December 2001. on the types of weapons and ammunition as well as products and technologies for military or police purposes for which production or trade is required for a concession (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 145, item 1625, as amended);

In order to demonstrate compliance with conditions, which are mentioned in Chapter VI, paragraph 1 of the SIWZ and no grounds for exclusion. The Contracting Party requests submissiontogether with the offer of the following documents - Declaration constituting preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings in the form of a Single European Order Document. To demonstrate that the offered supplies meet the requirements of the Employer. The contractor submits the Document confirming the conformity assessment of the product (OiB ) in mode III, issuedin accordance with the Act of November 17, 2006 on the conformity assessment system for products intended for the needs of state defense and security. (including delivery). At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor whose offer, assessed by the Employer, will be assessed as the most advantageous, will provide the pattern of the ACH or MICH type bulletproof and bulletproof helmet in the high cut version in size L in fullmpletowaniu. In addition, the Contractor must submit together with the offer Filled Inquiry Form. In order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure for awarding the contract, he submits the documents indicated in Chapter VII paragraph 5. The Contractor having its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland shall submit the documents specified in Chapter VII, para. 6. By taking part in the tender, the Contractoris obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of PLN 80, 000.00. Prior to signing the contract, the Ordering Party will require the Contractor whose offer has been selected to provide a performance bond of 10% of the value of the basic (guaranteed) order.
