Acquisition d`un microscopes microscope and piezoelectric atomic force (AFM / PFM)

The microscope and piezoelectric atomic force (AFM / PFM) will have a specific electric access has advanced l`AFM / PFM and the sample port, the 2 electrically isolated thus allowing to connect directly an external analyzer. The XYZ control of the microscope will allow morespecifically to reposition the tip at a specific location that will allow measurements to be made in the combined mode (external measurements and AFM / PFM)

The Atomic and Piezoelectric Force Microscope (AFM / PFM) will have a specific electrical access at the tip of the AFM / PFM and the sample port, the 2 electrically isolated thus allowing to connect directly un external analyzer. The XYZ piloting of the microscope will more specifically allow the tip to be repositioned at a precise location which will make it possible to perform measurements in a combined mode (external measurements and AFM / PFM).

After submitting the bids, the University of Nantes reserves itself the right to request performance tests on all regular offers. The description and theorganization of these tests are given in Article 6.IV of the CCP. The University of Nantes will be closed from Thursday 1.8.2019 to Friday 30.8.2019 inclusive, no response to any questions will be formulated during this period.
