Supply, installation, commissioning, user training, maintenance, consumables and evolutivity of operating microscopes for the neurosurgery and ORL departments of the CHUV and the HVS.

Indication of the remedies: the present invitation to tender being subject to the regulation of Geneva on the public procurement (RSGE L. 6 05.01), it can make the subject of appeal within 10 days of notification of the decision to the administrative chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, rue de Saint-Leger 10, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the duly reasoned submissions, indicating the evidence and the signature of the Appellant.
