Supply of laboratory and measuring equipment for the needs of the Technical University - Gabrovo under contract № BG05M2OP001-1.002-0023, Center of Competence "Intelligent Mechatronic, Eco and Energy Saving" :

1) Delivery of the equipment atthe contracting authority.

2) Warranty service.

The participants submit:

1. Inventory of the documents presented, contained in the package, signed by the participant (in the original) or by his duly accredited representative (free text).

2. The application form includes the following documents:

2.1. Single European Public Procurement Document (EDES) in accordance with the requirements of Art. 67 of the PPA and conditions

Unified European procurement document for the participant in accordance with the requirements of the law and the conditions of the contracting authority, and where applicable - OED for PL by a power of attorney representing the participant or a legal entity within its control or management body; for each of the participants in the association, which is not a legal entity; for each subcontractor and for any person whoseresources will be engaged in the execution of the contract (Annex No 4) - mandatory in electronic form.

2.2. Documents to prove the reliability measures taken, where applicable

2.3. A copy of the merger creation document (where applicable) and the following information in relation to the specific procurement:

2.3.1. the rights and obligations of the participants in the association;

2.3.2. the distribution of responsibility among the members of the association;

2.3.3. the activities that each member of the association will perform.

3. The offer includes:

3.1. Technical proposal containing:

a) proposal for the execution of the contract in accordance with their specifications and requirements of the contracting authority - Annex No 2.1, 2.2., 2.3. and 2.4.

3.2. Bid (Annex No 3.1, 3.2, 3.3and 3.4, which is enclosed in an envelope labeled "Offered Price Parameters." bid.

VAT; vol. pos. № 8 "Delivery of laboratory communication modules - 12 pcs", estimated value up to 923 BGN without VAT or 1107, 60 BGN with VAT; in the order valid for their individual value, namely Article 20, Paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - free (direct) assignment.
