The object of the Contract is to provide services in the field of reading the measurement systems of WS type exit points located in the area ofz o.o. Branch of the Gas Plant in Koszalin from 01/07/2020 to 31/03/2023

The subject of the contract is to provide the servicein the scope of making readings of measuring systems of WS type exit points in the area of activity of Polska Społki Gazownictwa sp.z o.o. Branch of the Gas Plant in Koszalin.

1.1. The scope of the service includes, in particular, the following activities:

a) reading indications of the Counter of devices working in the Measurement System,

b) reading special indications of the device counter inmeasuring system,

c) verification and updating of numbers and types of devices in the measuring system,

d) checking the sealing of devices in the measuring system and reporting of irregularities found,

e) visual inspection of the measuring system and its elements and reporting of irregularities found,

f) reacting if the measuring system leaks,

g) reactingin the event of irregularities in the operation of the measuring system, in particular: lack of device, gas meter jam, loud gas meter operation, abacus operation of the counter, inability to read the indication

- "illegible counter".

h) reacting in the event of suspected illegal gas consumption by the Recipient (taking gas without a contract for gas supply or totalor with a partial omission of the measuring system or with a measuring system in which interference occurred affecting the falsification of measurements made by this system),

i) reporting cases of damage to gas cabinets or acts of vandalism found within the measuring system,

j) checking in measuring systems compliance of the electronic counter status:

• peak recorderhourly,

• remote readout snap-ins,

• debt collection gas meters,

• prepayment gas meters,

With the gas meter mechanical counter status and reacting in case of irregularities,

k) supplementing and updating data on the location of the measuring system, ie:

• place of installation,

• the current address of the tapping point,

• GPS position in the event that the Purchaser delivers the devicelocation tests,

• the method of access to the measuring system.

The contracting authority does not specify this condition. (task 1)

- at least PLN 500, 000.00 (five hundred thousand zlotys).

2) for part II (fromad 2)

- at least PLN 200, 000.00 (two hundred thousand zlotys).

If the Contractor submits an offer for more than one part / task, it will be sufficient to show an insurance document worth PLN 500, 000.00.

To confirm that the Contractor has met the conditions participation in the proceedings regarding the economic or financial situation, the Employer requests the following documents:

- polyinsurance system or other document confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the order.

1. The contracting authority informs that it will carry out the proceedings in accordance with art. 24 aa of the Act, which means that the Employer will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer was evaluatedmost advantageous, not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. If the Contractor avoids the conclusion of the contract or fails to provide the required security on due performance of the contract, the Employer will examine whether it is not subject to exclusion and whether it meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Contractor who submitted the highest-rated offer among the remaining offers.

2. Contractor atwithin 3 days from the date of posting on the website the information referred to in Article 86 para. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, will provide the Ordering Party with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPA. Along with submitting the statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competitionand in the procurement procedure, the specimen statement is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR.

3. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. Art. 24ust. 1 of the Public Procurement Law (with the exception of Article 24 (1) point 13 (d) of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of an offense listed in Article 24 (1) (13) (d) of the Public Procurement Law) and pursuant to art.vol. 25 para. 5 points 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 Public Procurement Law, subject to art. 24 paragraph 7 10 Public Procurement Law
