Open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, fully managed using online methods, for the assignment of the photo-reading service of meters measuring the consumption of drinking water by SMAT users, divided into 6 separate lots:

Presumed entity approximately 42 000 users to read with a frequency of approximately 168 000 readings / year, total amount for 3 years 1 189 440.00 EUR (unit price based on tender 2.36 EUR). Security charges not subject to a discount of EUR 38 200.00.

The offer may be submitted for one or more lots. Each economic operator can win only 2 lots as specified in the tender regulations. The economic operator to whom the lot relating to the City of Turin will be entrusted cannot be entrusted with other lots.
