The subject of the orders are successive supplies of metallurgical materials for Masovian Mazovian Economy Ministry, divided into 6 parts:

The subject of the orders are successive deliveries of metallurgical materialsfor the seat of the Production Plant in Koszalin (detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 6A), Delivery will be effected on the basis of partial orders submitted via telephone, fax or electronic mail by an authorized employee of the Employer. Quantities given in Annex No. 2A are estimated requirements, Determine the subject forSpeaking with a Common glossary of orders:

The Contractor will, at his own expense and on his own responsibility, deliver the assortment to the place indicated in point. 2).

The assortment provided must be free of scratches and other mechanical damage and free of any signs of corrosion.

Assortment must be packed inbuds weighing up to 2.5 tonnes, with the exception of galvanized steel, where a circle of up to 3 tonnes is allowed. Parcels must be delivered on pallets.

If the means of transport in which the assortment is delivered to the Ordering Party does not have a closed load box, the Contractor is obliged to adequately protect the transported products against the impact of unfavorable conditions of the atmospherehandheld. The means of transport should be able to be unloaded from the top. The Contractor will be required to attach a metallurgical certificate or a quality certificate for each delivery. Delivery of the assortment must occur on the working day of the Ordering Party, ie from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in accordance with relevant regulations.

The time limit for each delivery can not be exceeded8 days, minimum delivery date of 4 days (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) counting from the day of submitting the order indicated in item 3.)

In this regard, the Employer requires that Contractors:

In case of expiry of the above-mentioned document during the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obligedto submit an up-to-date version.

In the case of entities common to this condition, the entities may meet jointly.
