Concluding some framework agreements to provide the following products:

Main Site: Depositslogistics Delgaz Grid S.A. - according to the Logistic Concept attached to this documentation.

Purchase of the following products: Remote Control Separator I.U.Z.I.C. (Intelligent Unit for Zero Impacted Customer), according to published descriptive documentation for remote separators.

The minimum and maximum quantities for both the subsequent contracts and the framework agreement are in accordance with the Documentationdescriptive disclosures for remote-controlled separators - Annex 1, no. crt. 1 - Quantities and technical characteristics subject to purchase.

Estimated value for the framework agreement: min. 4 690 000 RON / max. 32 160 000 RON.

Estimated value of the following contract: min: RON 1 172 500 / max: RON 8 040 000.

Estimated quantities for the framework agreement: min. 140 pcs / max. 960 units

Estimated quantities after contract: min: 35 pcs / max: 240 pcs

The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation, according to Notification no. 240/2016 on the DUAE User Guide so as to demonstrate that the requirements below are met. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed completion by the DUAE are requested• The requirement applies also to affiliates, subcontractors and / or third party supporters who fill in information related to their situation at the level of a distinct DUAE.

1) The bidders, associations, third parties and subcontractors should not be found in prevailing situationsto art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding the sector acquisitions

Documentary evidence:

- certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; judiciary of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative bodymanagement, or supervision of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive document, - as the case may be, documents by which it is demonstrated that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 regarding the sector acquisitions; - other editorial documents, as the case may be; 2) Bidders, associations, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 72, 73 of the Law no. 99/2016 regarding the sector acquisitions.

The persons involved in organizing, carrying out and finalizing the present procurement procedure approving and signing documents issued in connection with this acquisition are Bogdan Cirstea, Codruta Schwartz, Elena -Gabriela Pasarica, Loredana Temneanu, Elena-Emilia Patrichi, Coşan Mihai, Ciobanu Marius, Angela Vas, the Bura Florin, Amariţei Luminiţa, Gavriloaie Sergiu, Darie Niculina, Ovidiu Tanta, Chi Li, Daniel Lamprecht.

The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation, according to Notification no. 240/2016 on the DUAE User Guide so as to demonstrate that the requirements below are met. Documents justifThe requirement applies to affiliates, subcontractors and / or third-party supporters who fill in the information related to their situation at the level of one or more of the candidates selected for the second stage of the award procedure. Documents supportingit is proof that the completed and assumed information will be presented only at the request of the contracting entity, according to art. 205 of Law 99 / 2016.

1) Form of registration:

Any economic operator participating in the procedure, whether an individual bidder, member of an association, subcontractor or third party supporter, must demonstrate the ability to exercise his professional activityby the registration in the trade register.

Documentary evidence:

- Certificate issued by ONRC or, in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents proving the registration form in accordance with the legal requirements of the country of residence. The information contained in the certificates must be actual and current.

Turnover - according to art. 188 par. (2) lit. a) of the Law99/2016 the tenderer (individual economic operator or any member of the association) has to prove an average of the total turnover for the last three financial years, ie 2015, 2016, 2017 respectively of at least:

- RON 11, 340, 000 for the lot 1 remote-controlled re-coupler,

- RON 8, 040, 000 for the group 2 24 KV remote splitter. 400 A without knife,

- 19 800000 for batch 3 Remote splitter IUZIC

In the case of submitting bids on multiple lots, the minimum turnover level will be achieved by reference to the highest value of the requested turnover of the lots for which the offer is submitted (not cumulated ). For conversion from another currency to the currency in which the minimum requirement is expressed, the exchange rate will be usedannual average reported by the National Bank of Romania for the respective financial year.

According to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator has the right to request clarifications regarding the content of the awarding documentation and implicitly about the contractual clauses that are part of the awarding documentation Article 172 of Law 99/2016).

Clarification requests or additional information regarding the awarding documentation will be sent with at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting applications. The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all clear requestson the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of applications in accordance with art. 173 of Law 99 / 2016.

Requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators before 16.00 will be registered at the contracting entity's registry on the same day (the day of transmission), requests for clarifications sent after 16.00 will be recorded at the registersthe contracting entity's stratum on the next working day.

The contracting entity will respond to the clarification requests according to art. 173 of Law 99/2016, publishing the answers to the "Clarification" section of the SICAP's announcement of participation.

If an economic operator considers certain clauses to be unfavorable, it will ask the contracting entities for clarifications, so that if these clauses are amended or modified, they will be brought to the attention of all interested economic operators before submitting their applications.

If 2 or more bids are ranked first, with equal scores, the tie will be made taking into account the score obtained in the evaluation factors, in descending order of their weight. In the sitein which equality is maintained, the contracting entity has the right to request new financial proposals and the winning bid will be the one with the lowest financial proposal.

Implementation of the framework / contract agreement will be made in accordance with the awarding documentation published on the SICAP, the clauses contract and its annexes as well as in compliance with the legislation in force.

Each firm request from the contracting entity will materialize by concluding a subsequent contract.
