Applicant must meet the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended(hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) and to prove their fulfillment by submitting original documents or certified copies thereof pursuant to Section 32 2, resp. ods. 4 and / or 5 of the Act on Public Procurement. If it comes into consideration, the contracting authority shall proceed in accordance with - 152 (4) of the Public Procurement Act.

On 1.7.2016, the Act no. 91/2016 Z. from. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter the Criminal Liability Act). A law on the criminal liability of legal persons was amended by Act No. 330/2007 Coll. on criminal records and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter the Criminal Records Act). This amendment to the Criminal Records Act, apart from anotherthe issuing of an extract from the criminal record for legal persons. As a result of this legislative regulation, economic entities with the status of a legal person were created for the purposes of proof of personal status under Section 32 1 letter. a) Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of a later regulation, the obligation to submit also extract from the criminal recordThe economic entity entered in the list of economic entities may prove the fulfillment of the aforementioned condition in part - by submitting an extract from the register of penalties of a legal person not older than 3 months in the process of public procurement directly to the public procurer or - by adding this information to the list of economic subfunds(hereinafter referred to as "the Office") is published on its web site, accompanied by a copy of the criminal record of the legal person not older than 3 months.

These terms are exhaustive according to - 32 par. 1 and 2 of the Act on Public Procurement. According to Section 39 of the Act on Public Procurement, the applicant maycompliance with the conditions of the temporary part of the European document. The Applicant can only fill in the Globalny section for all IV Part IV conditions without having to complete the other sections of Part IV. 1 letter. a) Act on Public Procurement of the Issuing Bank (Bank), in which (in which) the Applicant has an account (led by the Students) not older than 3 months, the time limit for submission of tenders, that it has not blocked any funds from the deduction of the judicial or executive decisions of the administrative bodies. Additionally, the Applicant will declare honestly that he / she does not have any books or booklets in other banks. The condition is proportionate and the need pursues the objective of finding an economically well-trained person who can fulfill his / her obligations properly and on time.The contract is electronically via the Josephine system located at https://josephine.proebiz.com/, where the contracting authority allows unrestricted and direct access to the underlying documents.

The Public Procurement Officer recommends to the Applicant during the entire duration of the Public Procurement to continuously monitor the Public Procurement Website of the Public Procurement Authority, //www.uvo.gov.sk/private/profily/detail/9262/zakazky. The public contracting authority will proceed pursuant to Section 66 7 of the Act on Public Procurement and OfferI will be submitted one-time in accordance with - 49 par. 6 of the Act on Public Procurement. The public procurer will be involved in the communication throughout the procurement process, before and after the deadline for submitting tenders in accordance with - 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the communication interface of the Josephine system. Rules for delivering mail: the mail is considered to be interestingovi / uchadzači at the moment of its takeover. The delivery of review procedures is governed by the UVO Notification No. 3/2018. Authentication can be done with 2 passwords: - in the Josephine system by registering and signing with the electronic ID card and security code (eID) in the Josephine system. The system is an authenticated company that uses eID rthe company's statutory representative. Authentication is performed by the provider of the Josephine system on working days at 8:00 - 16:00. or - by means of the authorization code, which will be sent to the address of the applicant's firm in the form of registered mail in the case of a company registered with a person who is not a company's statutory or registeredto a system implemented using a password.

The supporting documents and other documentation for the subject matter will be published in the relevant Josephine order placed at https://josephine.proebiz.com/, where the contracting authority permits unrestricted access to the underlying documents. Successful applicants must be entered in the register of public sector partners, this obligation appliesand the subcontractors.

The bond is EUR 10, 000, by the word: ten thousand euros. The public tenderer reserves the right to cancel the public tender in the case of only one bid in the public tender.

The subject of public procurement is not green public procurement, provision of innovation or procurement focusing on social aspects.

The subject of the order is 1 drug with multiplicity of effects, which is why the order is not divided into parts.
