Service contract (CCA. 6-4R-KP)

Service of magnetic resonances, for diagnostic purposes, to users of the Andalusian Health Service and whose fixed facilities for the provision of the service must be in Jaen, Linares and / o Ubeda, centers linked to the object of the contract and belonging to the Jaen Healthcare Logistics Platform.

- Service of magnetic resonances, with diagnostic purposes, to users of the Andalusian Health Service and whose fixed facilities for the provision of the service must be in Jaen, Linares and / or Ubeda, centers linked to the object of the contract and belonging to Jaen Healthcare Logistics Platform (CCA. 6-4R-KP),

- Total Budget: EUR 4 758 864.00 (exemptVAT).

The economic and financial solvency will be accredited according to article 87.1 a) of the LCSP, by means of a declaration of the volume of business in the scope of the contract, referring to the year of greatest volume of business of the last 3 years available in function of the date of creation of the company or the start of activities of the employer, to the extent that the references are availableof that turnover, which must total a minimum amount corresponding to half of the bidding budget. The volume of business will be credited by depositing annual accounts in the Official Registry, and individual entrepreneurs not registered, through their inventories and annual accounts books legalized by the Mercantile Registry.
