Aoo-2020-2041 Rental and maintenance of a medical air compressor for the Valenciennes Hospital Center

This contract concerns the rental, delivery, commissioning, training and maintenance a medical air compressor for the Valenciennes Hospital Center. This contract includes the fitting out works for the installation of the necessary equipment.tests for the production of medical air and procedures to ensure continuity of supply.

Medical air is a medical fluid within the meaning of standards NFS 90-140, NFS 90-155, NF in ISO 7396-1 and complies with directive 93/42 / ce (or equivalent) and other standards in force. This contract is concluded according to the formalized open tender procedure, in application of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.

This is a service contract at global and fixed price.

The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year from 6.5.2020 or, failing this, from the date of its notification if it is later. It may be renewed tacitly 6 times for a period of 1 year, ie a maximum duration of 7 years.
