Legal remedy: Against this invitation to tender can be published within 10 days from the publication in Canton Basel-Stadt, at the Administrative Court of Basel-Stadt, Baeumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel, in writing. The recursive letter must contain an application and its reason. The contested decision must be attached. The evidence must be specified and as far as possible settled.
