Delivery, installation, commissioning of laparoscopic diagnostic operating system with 3D visualization, 4K resolution and intraoperative ultrasound diagnosiscontacts and training of staff for the needs of the Medical University - Pleven in separate positions as follows:

Main Site: Medical University - Pleven, 1 Kliment Ohridski Str.

Delivery of an endoscopic 3D visualization system for the needs of the Medical University - Pleven, including, as follows: 2 pieces of 2D / 3D monitors, 1 piece of light guide, 2 pieces of 2D endoscope, 1 piece of 3D endoscopes, set of insufflation, aspiration and irrigation and surgery equipmentof a technical specification room.

1. The participant must have a valid wholesale trade permit for medical devices under Art. 77 of the Medical Devices Act, except in the cases under Art. 77, para. 2 of the media in which the participant is a producer established in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA and may carry out commercial transactions with the products manufactured by them. With participation of foreign personsan equivalent document issued by a recognized body in the country where the participant is established will also be accepted - the requirement applies to Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4. This circumstance is evidenced by a copy of the "True to the original" stamp certified by them., signature and "wet" seal of permit / certificate or other document for wholesale trade in medical devices;

Any participant mayhas submitted an offer for 1 or more lots, but the offer must contain all the nomenclatures in that position. If a tenderer submits a tender for only part of the nomenclatures indicated in the heading, he will be excluded from participation in the procedure. The quoted prices for each lot are marginal and should not be exceeded by the bidders in their bids. Bidderhigher value than indicated for the respective lot will be excluded from participation in the procedure.

The guarantee for securing the performance of the contract on lots, as follows: the value of the contract.

Performance guarantee (applies to all lots) is presented in one of the forms specified in Art. 111, para.5 of the Public Procurement Act

The cash amount of the guarantee is deposited in cash at the cash desk of the Medical University - Pleven or by bank transfer to the account BG08 UBBS 8888 3318 3072 03, BIC: UBBSBGSF at UBB AD - branch Pleven.

The bank performance guarantee is issued in the benefit of the contracting authority must be unconditional, irrevocable and required at the first written request, in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has failed to fulfill its obligations byand under this contract. The bank guarantee has a term of validity in accordance with what is specified in the draft contract. The contracting authority should be listed as the third beneficiary of the insurance. The insurance should cover the liability of the contractor under this untilspeech, with the sum insured under it equal to the amount of the performance guarantee due, the insurance premium being paid once and cannot be used to secure the liability of the contractor under another contract.
