1) Statements regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016;

2) The bidders, the third party supporters and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 (this declaration will be presented initially in the section "Qualification documents").

(2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement;

5) Other edifying documents, as the case may be.

Fulfillment mode: these documents are supporting documents for the requirement no. 1 "failure to comply with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 dinLaw no. 98/2016 "and will be completed in this regard DUAE, following that the above supporting documents will be presented only at the request of the contracting authority by the bidder ranked first in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids;
