By registering for this contract the insurer declaresthe writer is not in a state of exclusion, as referred to in articles 67 up to and including 69 of the law of 17.6.2016 on public procurement. are concerned, in particular the certificate of non-bankruptcy, the Social Security certificate and the certificate concerningnde the tax obligations. These will be collected from Telemarc by the contracting authority after the opening of the tenders.

The candidate / tenderer must present a recent (max. 3 months old compared to opening date) extract from the criminal record issued by a judicial authority or government agency of the country of origin or origin to his quotation.
