Delivery of medical and other apparatus and equipment for teaching and teaching activities to the Medical Faculty at the Medical University of Sofia under 64 separate positions

at the Medical University of Sofia, with activities included po installation, commissioning, personnel training and warranty maintenance for all lots except for heading No 63, for which only delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance is required, and for heading No 64 required only delivery and warranty support

Main Site: Departments of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University - Sofia, on the territory ofcity of Sofia and in accordance with the technical specification, Appendix No. 1a to the procurement documentation.

Delivery of "ULTRASOUND MACHINE WITH VEGAL AND VAGINAL TRANSDUCER" - 1 item.

The participant must have a valid wholesale permit for medical devices, as required of the Medical Devices Act. When the participant is a person under Art. 77 of the media holding a document, certificateexercising his right to trade in wholesale medical devices issued by a competent authority of another Member State or another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation and having premises for the storage of medical devices in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, it must also be entered in the register kept byBDA under Art. 81 of the media. When submitting a tender, compliance with the requirement shall be declared in the SEDI / only for lots Nos. 1 to 48 incl. /. The participant declares that he / she has the necessary work permit in Part IV, Section A "Eligibility" of the EDES. The requirement is proved before concluding a performance contract with: Presenting a copy of authorizations certified by the participant with a "true to the original"

For this public procurement, the Employer does not set requirements under Art. 61 of the Public Procurement Law for proving the economic and financial status of the participants in the procedure.

2. Terms of payment: Payment shall be made in Bulgarian Leva by the unit of the final recipient Medical Faculty at the Medical University of Sofia, by bank transfer, according to the bid price in BGN to the Contractor`s account no later than 20 calendar days after delivery, installation, commissioningvalidation (for special positions for which it is applicable) and staff training (for special positions for which it is applicable) and presentation at the Faculty of Medicine - Dean`s office of the following documents:

- delivery invoice (original) and 2 pcs. certified copies issued with the name and data of the Medical University - Faculty of Medicine - Dean`s Office, 1, St. Georgi Sofiyski Blvd., BULSTAT: 8313857370037, Eden. BG 831385737, compositionvein in accordance with the requirements of the VAT Act and the Regulations on Acceptance and Delivery,

- acceptance and delivery protocol / original /, certifying the delivery of the equipment / equipment - signed by the Contractor and the Head of the Receiving Department,

- protocol for the completed installation and commissioning / original /, signed by the Contractor and the Head of the Receiving Department - for all individuals. positions without individuals. position No. 64,

- exstaff training environment / original / signed by the trained persons and a contractor representative for all individuals. positions, without individuals. items Nos. 63 and 64,

3. The assignor shall remove a participant from participation in the procedure - in the presence of the grounds under Art. from the PPA. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, vol.1, 2 and 7 shall apply to the persons representing the participant and to the members of its management and supervisory bodies according to the register in which the participant is registered, if any, or the documents certifying its legal personality. Where a legal entity is a member of these bodies, the grounds relate to a natural person. persons who represent it according to the register in which it is legally registeredany person, if any, or documents certifying his or her legal personality. In the cases under Art. 54, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, where the participant or a legal entity within its control or management body is represented by a natural person under a power of attorney, the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 of the PPA also apply to this individual.

The assignor may not remove a participant for whom there isis one or more of the above circumstances, only under the conditions of Art. 56 of the PPL. The assignor shall remove a participant from participation in the procedure in the following circumstances:

- in the presence of circumstances under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act,

- for which the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 and who does not fall within the exceptions under Art. 4 of ZIFODRUPDRTLTDS,

- for which circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law onand counteraction to corruption and forfeiture of illegally acquired property

- which does not fill in any of the columns in the Table of technical conformity for articles or proposes an article that does not meet any of the specified requirements in the Technical Specification (App. No. 1a) . a position for which he is participating will be removed from participation for the entire entity. position,

- who bidfor a given individual. a position higher than the financial limit specified by the Contracting Authority for it will be removed from participation in the procurement procedure under this model. position,

- in case the participant fails to fulfill his / her obligation under Art. 54, para. 9 of the RAPPP,
