The contract is divided into the following lots:

* The UEA, with which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17 June 2016.

The UEA, with which the registrationzeal states that he meets the following selection criteria:

1. An appropriate bank statement drawn up in accordance with the model set out in appendix 11 of the Royal Decree of April 18, 2017.

2. A statement concerning the total turnover and the turnover of the business activity that is the object of the assignment, over the last three available financial years, depending on the date of formation or the dateon which the trader started his business, provided the relevant turnover figures are available.

Considering at the time of the information session will not yet be an accessible building, the site visit is an information session.
