Public procurement is the delivery of medical equipment, equipment and equipment. The subject of the order is divided into 8 parts. Brief description of the subject matter of the order can be found in the tender documents and their annexes.

The subject of the first part of the public procurement is the delivery of deposits. A more detailed specification of the subject of the order can be found in the tender documents and their annexes.

Requirement of fulfillment of the terms and conditions of personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. The Applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions of participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 alebon Article 152 of the Public Procurement Act, in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act.

In the case of an applicant who is a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the terms of the individual status of each individual member of the group is required. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the Act on public procurement proves Arten Group only in relation to the part of the subject of the procurement to be ensured.

The fulfillment of the condition of part can be provisionally replaced in the sense of - 39 of the Public Procurement Act: A single European document for the application of the Public Procurement Act is a document which the economic entity may provisionally replace the documents to prove fulfillment of the terms and conditions determined by the person pursuant to Section 8 of the Public Procurement ActDocuments proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the partially replaced by the Single European Document submit to the person according to - 8 of the Public Procurement Act a successful candidate according to - 55 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement in Time and Undertaking, designated by the person pursuant to Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act. A specimen of the Single European Document is presented by a person pursuant to Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act in Suceavaof the documents. A single European document in editable form can also be downloaded from the UVO web site (www.uvo.gov.sk). A person pursuant to Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act requires that the Single European Document is manually signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the economic entity / occupier / applicant or duly authorized person. Communication between a person pursuant to Section 8 of the Public Procurement Actprocurement and solicitors / candidates is carried out in the Slovak language in writing in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement. The Czech language will be accepted by the enthusiast / candidate. Under Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, a person establishes electronic communication through the electronic public procurement system (EVO system) - https: //evo.gov.sk.

2nd A person under Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act may not enter into a contract with an applicant or applicant who is required to register with the public sector partners and is not entered in the register of public sector partners or subcontractors or subcontractors under a separate regulation who have the obligation to write to registry of public sector partners and not-entered in the register of public sector partners. All costs and expenses associated with the preparation and submission of offers, documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation and other documents related to these notifications, shall be borne by the solicitor / solicitor without financial charge against the person pursuant to Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, irrespective of the outcome of the public procedure.

5th Hosts submit scansoriginal or certified true copies of the required documents. All documents must be valid and reflect the actual state at the time when the applicant enters public procurement. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be accompanied, together with its official translation, into a standard language, it shall not apply to bids, drafts, documents and documents in the Czech language. If an applicant has no idea of placing a share of the order on behalf of third parties, that fact must be expressly stated in his tender. A person under Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act reserves the right not to accept one tender and not to enter into a contract with any tenderer if the prices in the tenders submitted are higher than foreseenvalue of the order
