Providing products, installation and commissioning of the necessary medical equipments in the Neonatology department as well as personal traininghis medical and technical support for the "Nicolae Malaxa" Clinical Hospital.

The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.proof that the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE is to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the interim ranking made at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be:

1) certificates of absence of overdue debts in respect of the payment of taxes, taxes or contributionsto the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation;

2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act co(3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016

Mode of accomplishment: Offerthe applicant shall submit the certificate of attestation issued by the Trade Register Office near the Territorial Court, stating that: the economic operator is legally constituted; the scope of the tenderer's business corresponds to the subject of the procedure.

The information contained in the certificate must be actual / current at the time of the presentation.Fulfillment of the requirement:

The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.
