Framework agreement for the purchase of medical equipment for equipping the clinic of interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery

This specification was prepared for the acquisition of medical equipment for the cardiology and cardiac surgery department. contracting authority.

1) Bidders, the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in Articles 164, 165, 167 of Law No 98/2016 /-(including potential third parties and subcontractors) with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by the completion of the DUAE are to be presented, in order to be able to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: the DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure at the request of the contracting authority, only bythe tenderer ranked in the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up during the evaluation of the tenders.

These documents will be: - - Certain certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget etc .) at the time of the presentation,

Non-resident economic operators (foreigners) have the right to present any editorial documents issued by the authorities of the country in which they are residents proving the fulfillment the outstanding obligations to pay taxes to the state budget and the place budgetin accordance with the legislation of the country of residence. Documents will be accompanied by their authorized translation into Romanian; 2) The bidders, the third parties, the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 60, of Law no. 98/2016.
