4.1.1. For the purpose of establishing the circumstances referred to in point 4.1.1. for all economic operators, uThe tenderer shall submit:

The contracting authority shall, before taking a decision, submit the most favorable tender to the tenderer within a reasonable time, not shorter from 5 (five) days, submit proof of registration of the economic entity in court, craft, professional or other appropriate reg.Istar in the country of its establishment.

The contracting authority shall accept the following as sufficient proof of the ability of the economic operator referred to in point 4.1.:
