ID 17P096, three-year supply (possibly renewable for a further 2 years) of disposable cartridges for the collection of aspirated biological liquids and related accessories for the needs of the Hospital of Padua.

Supply of disposable cartridges for the collection of aspirated biological liquids and related accessories.

The company must complete the Single European Competition Document (DGUE) attached to the tender documents as indicated in the Disciplinary of competition. The tender procedure is managed with the telematic system called Sintel, accessible from the website www.arca.regione.lombardia.it. Descrizione and mode of use for the submission of the offer are specified in the Competition Regulations, related attachments and technical manuals available at www.arca.regione.lombardia.it.

The sole responsible for the procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 50 / 2016 and Dr. Roberto Toniolo.

All communications and exchanges of information must take place via the Sintel platform.to the tender, the specifications and the results, the clarifications are published on the website www.sanita.padova.it under the heading and can be obtained at the same address as per point I.3).

The contracting authority reserves the right to unappealable faculty of:

a) suspend, annul, revoke, reindire and modify, or reopen the terms of this procedure with motivated provision, without-the companies can claim rights or claims whatsoever or incur liability and / or damages, indemnity or compensation from the competitor and / or potential contractor, not even pursuant to art. 1337 and 1338 of the Italian Civil Code;

b) annul / revoke the assignment procedure, without this the participant / bidder can make any claim for compensation / compensation for expensesif the centralized assignment procedure at regional level or CONSIP intervened if the prices published by the Supervisory Authority Observatory of the products object of the tender were involved,

d) not to award the present procedure in the hypothesis in which, at the outcome of the technical evaluation, only one valid offer remains, without prejudice to the hypothesis in which it is objectively unviable and / or exclusive, or particularly advantageous

Pursuant to art. 34, paragraph 35 of Law 221/2012 the costs for publication on daily newspapersof the contract notice as required by Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, will be borne by the contracting companies.

In the event of incomplete documentation requested, the contracting authority will be able to assign a deadline of no more than ten days to the competitor., so that the necessary declarations are integrated or regularized, indicating the content and the subjects that must make them, egna exclusion from the tender.
