Joint Offer of a Framework Agreement. Acquisition of Operational Coatings.

Joint Offering of a Framework Agreement. Purchase of Operational Coatings for Region South Denmark, Central Denmark Region and North Jutland Region. The tender is conducted as a public tender.

The mandatory grounds for exclusion include-for example, cases where the Tenderer has finally ruled or decided to participate in criminal organization, bribery, fraud, terrorist act or terrorist act, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labor and other forms of trafficking. The same applies if a person who is a member of the Bidder's Board of Directors, the Executive Board-or supervisory board has been convicted or has taken a decision on such activities or if a person empowered to represent, control or make decisions in the bidder's board, executive board or supervisory board has been convicted or has taken a decision on such activities. These grounds for exclusion are valid for 4 years from the date of the judgment or the order.

In addition to the obligatorynon-discriminatory basis, the tenderer must also declare not to be subject to the grounds for exclusion laid down in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 (relating to bankruptcy, etc.).

The contracting entity invites the tenderer to clarify the matter, safely. The tenderer is in doubt as to the conception of requirements, contract terms or the tender documents in other respects.

Safer Tenderer considers that there are material inconveniencein the tender documents, the tenderer is invited to address the contracting entity as soon as possible and, in that case, the contracting entity will consider changing the situation in question, as far as possible within the scope of the contractual framework.

Draft contract, which is part of the tender documents, will be applicable to the products offered and will regulate the following contractual relationship between-Contractor and the winning bidder. The tenderer is therefore invited to review the contract and to ask the tenderer. The tenderer sees the opportunity to do so. The contracting entity would like the questionnaire to be listed on the basis of the place in the tender document to which the question relates. Questionnaire must be sent to the Contractor via questionnaire and response module in CTM, cf. 2.

Sp0rgsmal, the contracting entity is in possession of the deadline for the submission of the tender documents, cf. 4 will in all circumstances be answered. Questionnaires received after this time can only be expected to be answered, however, it is possible to answer the questionnaire within 6 days before the expiry of the deadline. Questionnaire received later than 6 days before the expiration ofThe deadline for the offer is not expected to be answered.

Note: In the event of any urgent need to disclose further information later than 6 days before the deadline, the deadline will be extended.

All questions together with the answers to these will be in accordance with the deadlines in schedule, cf. 4, will be published in anonymized form via CTM.
