At this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for the supply of up to 8 excavators.

The Municipality of Copenhagen, the Danish Technological and Environmental Administration, runs a depot for contaminated soil at Nordhavnen at KMC Nordhavn. For the purpose of operating the depot, including the incorporation of the received land, KMC Nordhavn must purchase a number of hydraulic excavators as detailed in Appendix A.1: Requirement specification.s delivery of up to 8 excavators during the term of the framework agreement, of which 2 excavators must be delivered after the framework agreement is signed. Other machines are ordered as required by the contracting authority in accordance with the agreement entered into when and if the need for replacing excavators in the existing machinery park arises. The contracting entity is not obliged to purchase a specific quantity of machines, other than the two machinesThe contractor`s requirements for contract terms are set out in the draft contract (Appendix A), while the requirements for the service are described in detail in the technical specification (Appendix 1). :
