1) Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art.177 par. (1) and (2) of Law no. 99/2016, declaration on own responsibility signed by the legal representative regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 177 par. (1) and (2) of Law no. 99 / 2016.

Note: This form must be submitted by the tenderer / tenderer, the associated tenderer / the associated candidate, the supporting / subcontracting third party (as the case may be), 2) Statement regarding non-compliance with art. 178 alin the. (1) and (2) and art. 180 par. (1) of the Law no. 99/2016 (model form 2)

The obligation to present the declaration is also incidental to potential third-party supporters / subcontractors. The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence . 1) The Certificate of Attestation issued by the Trade Registry Office on the territory of which the tenderer's seat is located. The following statement / extract must show:
