The commission is specific to:

1) supply one backhoe loader.

2) supply one snowplow machine with accompanying equipment, salt spreader and snow clearing blade.

For valid participation in the procedure for the award of this contract, lodged by the economic participants(bids), Letter of Guarantee of Participation, amounting to four thousand six hundred and forty euro (€ 4 640.00).

In the case of a bid for 1 or more parts of the contract, the amount of the participation guarantee shall be calculated on the estimated excluding VAT, of the department / departments offered.

1) the supply and transportation of 1 new excavator loader, delivery in full and normal operation according to the technical specifications 1 980, 00 EUR

2) supply and transportation of 1 new snowmobiling machine and salt distributor, delivery in full and normal operation, according to the technical specifications € 2 660.00.

In approxthe guarantee of participation includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association.

The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the term of validity of the offer of the article 2.4.5) of the present, ie up to 7 months, otherwise the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, beforethe tenderer will ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before expiry of the term.

The commission is included in the program (IDA: ΨΥΓ465ΧΘ7-ΙΝΝ)

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity relevant to the subject matter of the contract.taking over. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to the Law. 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member Stateof the European Economic Area (EEA) or to third countries which have acceded to the SEM. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers. The economic operators established in Greece, are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material
