CPV Description: • Supply, installation and maintenance of on-line instruments, for the monitoring of the quality of the water in the fast-drying stations of EYDAP. REFERENCE NUMBER: Δ6693

The subject of the contract is the procurement, installation, 5-year maintenance for 20 on-line whistles and 11 on-line xlomerometers--PH, together with the controllers, who will be installed in 10 EDYPE depots of EYDAP. SA, as well as the training of the personnel of EYDAP, which will handle the instruments, for their use, calibration, proper functioning control and for the detection of damage. on-line installation of turbines.

b) 5-year on-line maintenance of turbines.

Economic operators are required to operatecommercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of this procurement.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of the AddendumA of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registeredin corresponding business or commercial registers.

Economic operators should have an average total turnover for the three (3) last financial years for which financial statements have been submitted ( 2015, 2016, 2017), at least equal to 100%of the estimated value of the contract (s) without VAT for which they are bidding.
