Group of orders: Department of the Dawn, Marie-Curie College, ESTAC associations and Y Schools (project of accession to the group of orders by amendment before 31.12.2019: municipalities of Mesnil-Saint-PeRe, Montieramey and Montreuil-sur-Barse).

For information, the 2 restaurants have delivered (sports center of the dawn and the residence of the lake of Orient) approximately 180 000 meals in 2017 and 2018 all benefits the framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1 year from 1.1.2020 (or at the date of notification ifthis is later than 1.1.2020) until 31.12.2020. It may be renewed by tacit means 3 times for a period of 1 year on 1.1.2021, 2022 and 2023.

Advance: 20% of the amount of the purchase order.

Payment and financing: by administrative transfer, payment period: 30 days

Revisable prices, financing on the own budget of each member of the group. Legal form of the agent: opera single economic operator or a group of solidarity economic operators.
