TEI. Central Greece, re-launches an international open public tender, awarding the most economically advantageous tender, which will take into account the fixed price of the daily ration, which today is-an amount of EUR 1.80 plus the corresponding VAT.24% (GG 836 / B / 30.5.2007) and will be based exclusively on the criteria, as stated in the relevant declaration, for the awarding of a tenderer to the indicative total budget: six million six hundred and thirty five thousand seven hundred seventy euros and sixty one minutes (6, 635, 770.61 euros), including VAT. 24%, throughof the TEI budget, at the expense of OEE 2631.

Main Site: EL64 - Central Greece or more specifically, EL644 - Fthiotida, EL643 - Evritania and EL645 - Fokida. Sterea Ellada in Lamia, Amfissa and Karpenisi from 15.11.2018 to 31.12.2021, valued at EUR 2 838 191.34, including 24% VAT, through the TEI's regular budget, at the cost of OEM 2631 .

Houseslegal entities involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject matter of the services to be provided, that is to say a professional catering activity.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registersare held in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or in third countries which are not covered by the previous case and have concluded bilateral agreementsor multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in corresponding professional or trade registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

Section 1.

Regarding the economic and financial capacity, for the present proceedingsof the contract, the economic operators submitting a tender for section 1 of the project are required to provide:

A1.1) Average annual turnover over the last 3 years, at least equal to 150% of the annual budget excluding VAT, of Section 1 of the project. If the enterprise operates for less than three years, the average annual turnover will be determined for the-B1.1) Average specific annual turnover (ie turnover from related activity to the sector covered by the contract and in particular mass caterers) for the period of the last 3 years, at least equal to with 20% of the annual budget excluding VAT, of Section 1 of the project. If the business is running for yearsless than three years, the average specific annual turnover will be determined for the period of operation of the enterprise.

The annual budget of Section 1 of the project is that corresponding to years 2019 or 2020 or 2021.

concerns the economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement process, of the economic operators it submitsbid for section 2 of the project, are required to provide:

A1.2) Average annual turnover over the last 3 years, at least equal to 150% of the annual budget excluding VAT, of section 2 of the project. If the enterprise operates for less than three years, the average annual turnover will be determined for the life of the firm.annual turnover (ie turnover from related activity to the activity covered by the contract and in particular mass caterers) for the last 3 years at least equal to 20% of the annual budget excluding VAT, 2 of the project. If the business operates for less than three years, the average specialistthe annual turnover will be determined for the period of operation of the enterprise.

The annual budget of Section 2 of the project is that corresponding to years 2019 or 2020 or 2021.

In order to award to the candidate contractor both sections of the project, for the bidder is required to have:

A2) Average annual turnover over the last 3 years, at leastequal to 150% of the sum of the annual budgets excluding VAT, of Sections 1 and 2 of the project to be entrusted to it. If the enterprise operates for a period of less than three years, the average annual turnover will be determined for the lifetime of the business.

B2) Average annual turnover (ie, turnover from related activity to the sectorof the contracts covered by the Convention and in particular of the mass caterer), for the period of the last 3 years, at least equal to 20% of the sum of the annual budgets excluding VAT, of Sections 1 and 2 of the project to be awarded to it. If the enterprise operates for less than three years, the average specific annual turnover will be determined for theoperating time
