It is necessary for Renfe Viajeros, SME, SA the hiring of the necessary services for the measurement and management of the traffic and content of the web www.renfe.com and its surroundings and the mobile applications, and any other application that can be implemented during the duration of the contract. Any development is also includedThe web that must be measured and managed by Renfe Viajeros, SME, SA

The services to be hired are made up of four sections:

- Service for information collection and analysis,

- Service for segmentation and personalization of content by user behavior,

- Support and development of solution capabilities,

- Creation of pages in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager, gcontent in which the website of the RENFE group is built) according to information analysis, customization and search engine optimization (SEO / SEM).
