Procurement of no. 3 keel cabin cruisers in composite and rigid tubulars and n. 1 transport trolley, with option for others n. 6 boats and n. 1 transport trolley, for the needs dEl Naval Service of the Carabinieri.

Main Site: Island of San Domino for the Tremiti Islands, Venice at the Maintenance Station for the Natal of the Carabinieri Provincial Command, Lecco, Luino, Torri del Benaco, Iseo, Omegna, Bolsena and Bracciano.

Procurement of n. 3 keel cabin cruisers in composite and rigid tubulars and n. 1 transport trolley, with option for others n. 6 battelli and n. 1 transport cart, for the needs of the Naval Service of the Carabinieri - CIG 7556254210.

a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with determines to contract n. 390 R.U.A. on 26.6.2018;

b) the tender will be carried out according to the procedures established by Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and sara agalso judged in the case of only one valid offer;

c) applications for participation (stamped by EUR 16.00 if formulated in Italy), under penalty of exclusion from the tender, must:

- reach the General Command of the Carabinieri Centro Unico Contrattuale located in Viale Romania 45 00197 Rome, together with all the required documentation, within the peremptory deadline indicated in para. IV.3.4), exclusively at P.E.C. crm42527@pec.carabinieri.it. All files transmitted under penalty of exclusion must be digitally signed by the legal representative of the competitor. The competitor will be able to pay the stamp duty by payment to F24, indicating the code referred to in art. 6 of the Decree of the Ministry of the Economy and of the finesnze on 17.6.2014. The payment receipt must be sent together with the remaining documentation,

- indicate whether it participates in single or associated form (eg in RTI, consortium, etc.),

- be returned with the signature of the legal representative, provided with the necessary powers or proxy with special power of attorney conferred by public deed or private deed authenticated by the notary, fromproduce together with the application (in the case of establishing RTI or of aggregations between companies participating in the network contract, refer to the provisions of para III.1.3),

- enclose all the documentation prescribed in para III.2 (Conditions of participation), with regard to each competing company (even if reunited, consortium, auxiliary or retista participating in thetender),

- indicate the domicile elected for communications (even if it coincides with the registered office), the certified e-mail address and the telephone number (possibly also a mobile telephone number) of the competitor. Competitors located in other Member States must indicate the e-mail address to be used for the purposes of communications pursuant to art. 76, comma 5 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

They do not bind the Administration of Defense.

It is recommended to specify the object of the tender in P.E.C. (as indicated in point II.1.1.).
