Supply and assistance to the assembly of 7 double hooks of fast escape with monitoring of tensions and installation of the system of monitorizacion of tensions in the rest of hooks of fast escape
Supply and assistance to the assembly of 5 hooks of fast escape with two each one for a shooting capacity of 100t by one and other 2 fast escape hooks with two cadto one with a shooting capacity of 125t by one of them all equipped with voltage monitoring system and remote firing.
The contest aims to supply and assist the assembly of 5 quick escape hooks with two each one for a capacity of 100t shot by one and other 2 fast escape hooks with two ones each with a shooting capacity of 125t by one allThey are equipped with a voltage monitoring system and remote triggering. The 7 hooks should have a round base with equidistant bolts, allowing to correct future mistakes in the design orientation.
As part of this contest, the rest of the existing hooks in the pantalan (5) should be trained with loading cards compatible with the system. of monitoring equipped on the hooksnew to supply. The scope of the contract requires the complete installation of this system, as well as the supply of the software and interface necessary for the visualization, storage and data registration. The possibility of sending the data of the stress monitoring system to the ship is contemplated through the Trelleborg fiber-optic cable-ground connection cable, so thatThe supplier shall analyze the compatibility of the proposed monitoring system with said communication system. The supply will be considered closed when the complete system has been received and tested with the first ship.
The possibility that the voltage monitoring system has to be integrated with the software of the assistance systems for the approximation ofships and their peripherals, currently in the definition phase.
All components must be inspected and tested to ensure the quality required in specification.
The financial status of each of the participating companies will be valued.
