Recognition, monitoring and inspection of port works of the GPMR

Reference Number: 18.28

This consultation concerns monitoring and inspection of port works of the GPMR. Open invitation to tender submitted to theArticles 26-1 and 67 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The framework agreement without mini and with maxi is passed pursuant to Articles 78.2 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 . It sets all the conditions for performance of the services and is executed as and when the ordering entity issues purchase orders. Maximum annual order Lot 1: 250 000 EUR HT-Lot 2: EUR 550 000 excluding VAT Each lot will be subject to a multi-award framework agreement. (3 recipients maxi).

Copy of the judgments pronounced, if the candidate is in judicial recovery declaration on the honor of the candidate attesting that it is in rule, in the year preceding that in the course of which the launch of the consultation takes place, with regard toArticles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code, concerning the employment of disabled workers; Specific authorization or proof of membership of a specific organization to provide the service in the country of origin of the candidate declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter any of the cases of prohibition to tender forms Dc1 ( letter of candidature) and Dc2 (candidate's declaration).

Each lot will be subject to a multi-award framework agreement. Applicants have the opportunity to submit bids for all lots. The selection of the company for the realization of each purchase order will be done by the method, said, as specified in the C.C.A.P. Variants: Regarding lot 1, this one is not subjected to variants, the candidaturesmust answer the basic solution. However, in the case of lot 2, candidates may submit, in accordance with Article 58 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, an offer with variants. The minimum requirements are to provide a detailed view of the works, with a precision centimetric defects and exploitable for the Gpmr CritSelection of candidates and judging of detailed offers in Article 7 of the Consultation Rules. No visit is required.
